HOW TO PLACE A BOOKING ?

Filling the form that pops up will only take you a few minutes (select the simulation you want directly on the booking form).
You will then receive by email a confirmation, the Simulation software and the associated material.
You will be able to download and unzip the Simulation file on your hard disk or directly on a USB key which you then give to your participants.
After the session we will ask you to confirm the number of actual participants and invoice accordingly.
If it is the first time you to deploy the simulation, we would be happy to provide you with additional material to support the session and debriefing of the Simulation.
CAN I RUN SIMULATIONS 100% ONLINE ?
Yes. Our simulations are now available 100% online. Check out our dedicated page here.
CAN I RUN CHANGE SIMULATIONS ON MAC?
Our Change simulations are unfortunately not running on Mac. They only work on computers running Windows (or Windows emulations).
We are very aware of the importance of offering Mac versions for some of our users and we will try to fix this in our next update.
NB: Other simulations such as EagleRacing can be run on Mac.
CAN I IMPROVE THE SCREEN SIZE OF THE CHANGE SIMULATIONS?
If the Simulation appears too small on your screen, use Display Settings to change the resolution of your computer reducing it to 800x600 (for full screen). To make sure that the full Simulation screen appears at 800x600, move the Taskbar to the right-hand side of the Screen rather than on the bottom (you might have to unlock the Taskbar first, by right-clicking on it). After the Simulation run you can easily reset the Resolution and the Taskbar position, as well as the sound, to the original ones.
FOR HOW LONG CAN I USE MY LICENCE ?
Our standard process authorizes you to access the simulation 2 days before and after your session date. This will help you to prepare and debrief your course/workshop. In case you need an extra time, please send an email to info@alpha-simulations.com or specify it via the appropriate link available on the email you received when placing a booking.
WHICH SIMULATION FITS BEST WITH MY COURSE/WORKSHOP ?
You can have an overview of all our available simulations in Our Simulations. By clicking on the learn more button, you will find a description of each simulation: objectives, scenario, who?, competencies built etc...
HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS CAN ATTEND ALPHALABS SIMULATIONS ?
You can use as much simulations you need per booking so there is no maximum participants. Remind that we will invoice the total number of participants to your session, not the number of simulations you use.
CAN I DISPLAY ALPHALABS SIMULATIONS IN OTHER LANGUAGES ?
Different languages are available for most of our simulation. Please send us an email at info@alpha-simulations.com. We will be happy to answers your questions.
CAN I PLAY A DEMO VERSION ?
If you want to test our simulations, please place a standard booking and select 'Test' on the 'Participants Type' field or send an email to info@alpha-simulations.com.
